Hollister police, cracked down on sex offenders, on Wednesday. Convicted sex offenders are required to register within five days of their birthdays or when they move. 44-year-old Troy Lemmings, and 38-year-old Isaias Sernas Jr. were arrested for non-compliance and falsely reporting information. Authorities are still looking for 50-year-old Martin Fernandez who missed his yearly check in and has not reported his current address, anyone with any information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Hollister Police Department.
