Caltrans announced that the recent storm has caused a mudslide on Highway 9 in Santa Cruz County. All lanes of Highway 9 are closed from the junction with Highway 236 to the junction with Highway 35. The estimated time for re-opening this segment is 5 p.m. this evening.
