A two-day Highway 17 maintenance operation will take place starting Wednesday. The work focuses on southbound Highway 17 between Glenwood Cut-Off and Sugarloaf Road in the northern limits of Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley on Wednesday and Thursday. Traffic controls will be in affect.
