The CHP is investigatin a fatal hit and run near Moss Landing. A CHP patrol unit spotted the body of a 25 year old male on the shoulder of Highway 1, near Struve Road. The officer determined the victim had been struck and killed by a vehicle that had failed to stop or fled the scene. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the CHP.
