2 portions of Highway 1 (south of Big Sur) are closed until further notice. Due to the current rain, and the next several storm systems that are approaching, Cal-Trans has pro-actively closed the sections of Highway 1 at the Mud Creek and Paul’s Slide areas. The section of Highway 1 between them is still approachable from Nacimiento-Ferguson Road.
