Caltrans is announcing that Maintenance crews will be performing work on Highway 1, south of Carmel beginning today(Mon). Traffic controls will be utilized while crews work to remove debris from drainage/flow lines on both directions of the roadway between Garrapata Creek Bridge and Granite Creek Bridge south of Carmel Highlands . The work will continue through Friday.
