A man, who led law enforcement officers on a high speed chase from Watsonville to Moss Landing, yesterday has been arrested. 24-year-old Arnulfo Anaya, and his passenger, ran from their vehicle in Moss Landing, but were caught. Anaya was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail, while his passenger was questioned and released.
