Santa Cruz County Health have released guidance for celebrating Halloween during the Covid pandemic. Activities that are considered lower risk involve staying home and keeping the celebrations small. Moderate risk activities include, One-way trick-or-treating by lining up grab and go bags at the end of a driveway or yard. Higher risk activities include traditional trick-or-treating. Highest ris activities include gatherings such as parties.
