A Greenfield woman was arrested Saturday night following a vehicle pursuit in King City. Officers spotted Jacqueline Mendez speeding on Pearl Street near South First Street just after 10:30 p.m. Mendez led police on a chase until she crashed the vehicle. The suspect then fled on foot into an apartment complex. She was arrested shortly after. Officers determined Mendez was on probation and had several warrants for her arrest. Police also found the vehicle had been reported stolen and contained stolen property. Mendez was booked into county jail.
