Governor Jerry Brown will be sworn in today for the fourth time. It will be the first time a California governor has held office for a fourth term. A private reception will be held tonight at the California Railroad Museum. Tomorrow, Governor Brown will attend a groundbreaking ceremony in Fresno for a $68 billion bullet train rail project. To end the first week of his fourth term, Governor Brown will release his budget proposal for the coming year on Friday.
