A Gonzales man was convicted of causing a fatal collision while intoxicated on Friday. 38 year old Charles Bailey the 2nd pled guilty to driving drunk during a fatal accident on Gloria Road in April. Bailey is expected to be sentenced to 13 years in prison on November 28th.
