the Glroy unified school district is considering legal action over false residency CASES. district officials say that since the opening of the new christopher high school 6 years ago there have been close to 70 cases of families falsifying their addresses in an attempt to enroll their children into the school, which in state testing out performs the old gilroy high. the district says that both schools have equal RESOURCES, and that Christopher high is already over capacity. to date no cases have been FORWARDED to the district attorney’s office.
