A teen-aged driver crashed his car in Santa Cruz last night, resulting in four arrests and one minor injury.
The incident started as a fight call with reports of a woman being assaulted in a vehicle. Responding officers gave chase, lost sight of the car, but later found it crashed near Market and Stoney creek.
