A former Salinas police officer was sentenced on Friday, to 270-days in jail. 45-year-old Lance Montgomery Mosher also must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Mosher was convicted of 1-count of committing lewd or lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14. He also was sentenced to 3-years of felony probation.
