The Crews Fire, has burned 54-hundred acres north of Gilroy in Santa Clara county, and is considered 20 percent contained. 2 structures have reportedly been destroyed, and others have been threatened. A number of people have been evacuated from the area, and an evacuation center has been set up at the Gilroy Senior Center.
