Santa Cruz police have arrested a Felton man on suspicion of peeping and burglary. An investigation was launched Tuesday after a woman reported seeing a man looking into her window and attempting to break into her home near UCSC. The victim released photos she took of the suspect as he fled the scene. Yesterday, 28-year-old Timothy William Maness went to the police department, identified himself as the subject in the photos, and admitted to the offense. Maness also admitted committing other offenses in recent months. He was booked into county jail. Investigators are currently working to identify additional victims.
