Felony Hit and Run Arrest 7.20.2020 1045 JS 6

On Sunday morning, Pacific Grove police officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle and occupied residence.

The incident took place at the 300 block of Eardly Avenue with the driver fleeing the scene.

After half an hour of searching, Monterey officers found the suspect in New Monterey and apprehended them.

The suspect, Felix Palmerin of Watsonville, was arrested for two counts of Felony Hit and Run, misdemeanor reckless driving with injury, and possession of a controlled substance.

Palmerin was booked into the Monterey County Jail.

The hit-and-run suspect was found quickly thanks to the efforts of witnesses who were on scene.
