A transient woman, who was released from custody last month after providing a false identity, has been rearrested. Officials say 27-year-old Emily Kathleen Barnett and a male accomplice were detained January 26th, in connection with a series of burglaries at UCSC. Barnett, who was wanted for three felony warrants, posed as 28-year-old Jessica Bella from Ben Lomond. She provided no driver’s license or other ID. After receiving medical attention, Barnett was cited and released. She was found and rearrested Tuesday and is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
