(07:04) SANTA CRUZ – The owners of Emily’s Bakery in Santa Cruz have settled a sexual harassment lawsuit. The suit was filed by a former employee of the bakery, owned by former Santa Cruz Mayor Emily Reilly and her husband, Robert Nahas. Savannah Halliwell worked at the business from 2012 until May of last year. In the suit, Halliwell accused Nahas of touching her inappropriately. The lawsuit was settled out of court and Halliwell has been awarded $85,000. Since the suit was filed, seven other former employees of the bakery have come forward with similar allegations. (S.G.)
