(08:18) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The Arts Council of Santa Cruz County is now accepting applications for its 2016 Open Studios Art Tour. Each year, during the first three weekends in October, over 300 local artists open their studios to the public. Open Studios is an opportunity for artists to promote their work through print, digital and social marketing channels. This year, the Arts Council is waiving the $40 application fee for artists ages 18-25 in an effort to reach out to younger artists. All applications must be submitted by April 30.
