(07:25) APTOS – New Leaf Community Markets has announced plans to open an eighth store in Aptos. The natural grocery has signed a lease for a new location in the Aptos Village Project, which was approved by Santa Cruz County in 2012. The 17,500-square-foot store will include an expansive prepared foods department with new, made-to-order options including a wok and ramen bar. The market will also create over 100 job opportunities. The store is expected to open by August 2017. (S.G.)
