(07:01) SALINAS – A groundwater monitoring project is expected to cause traffic delays in Salinas on Tuesday. Crews will be working on Highway 183 between the Villa Street and New Street intersections between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. The right lane of southbound Highway 183 will be closed during that time. Motorists should anticipate delays of up to 10 minutes. (S.G.)
