(17:15) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz County Clerk’s Office is offering special Leap Year weddings today (Mon). February 29 is a special day and couples who want to make it their wedding day will have plenty of opportunity to do so in Santa Cruz County, according to County Clerk Gail L. Pellerin the office has five wedding ceremonies scheduled on Leap Year Day, February 29 from noon to 4 p.m. The cost of the wedding ceremony is $100.
