(08:19) APTOS – A Social Security seminar will be held in Aptos next week. The meeting will address a change in Social Security rules that allows spouses to coordinate benefits to boost their monthly payments. The change may affect local residents who are nearing retirement age and have not yet started receiving benefits. The seminar will be held on March 1st from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Community Foundation Santa Cruz County.
