(07:19) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office has announced a new Community Observer Program as part of its 21st Century Policing initiative. The program will allow community members the opportunity to attend selected training sessions with deputies to gain first-hand knowledge about police training.
