(15:10) SANTA CRUZ- A mountain lion was spotted in a Santa Cruz on Saturday. The Santa Cruz Police Department issued a nixle alert Saturday evening after a puma was sighted on the 100 block of Escolona Drive. Area residents are advised to use caution and to secure children and pets.
