(16:34) CAPITOLA- Capitola authorities are investigating an apparent suicide. Officials say that shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday an individual jumped from the Capitola Avenue overpass onto Highway 1. The subject died at the scene. The name and identity of the victim are being withheld pending notification of family.
