(11:18) WATSONVILLE – The Watsonville DMV has been evacuated following the discovery of a suspicious item. Officials say a small bottle containing liquid and a metal rod was found behind the building around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning. Law enforcement officers are at the scene and an investigation is underway.
