(16:20) SOQUEL/APTOS – An Aptos man has been arrested in connection with 2 recent arson fires in Soquel. 44 year-old Brian Tell was arrested after law enforcement officers found evidence linking him to the Park Avenue and Subec Lane car fires. Tell was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. The total fire damage has been estimated to be more than 100-thousand dollars.
