(07:51) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter is offering a discount in recognition of National Spay/Neuter Month. Beginning this week, all Chihuahuas in the county are eligible for a free spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination and microchip identification. The offer is limited to the first 100 owners that sign up. Appointments can be made in person at both shelter locations in Santa Cruz and Watsonville by February 29.
