(06:48) SANTA CLARA COUNTY – The owner of a nudist colony in Los Gatos has pleaded no contest to conspiring to take water from a creek outside her property. In 2014, Lupin Lodge owner 53-year-old Lori Kay Stout illegally diverted water from Hendry’s Creek to replenish the colony’s supply. Investigators found multiple water lines installed in the waterway, all leading to Lupin Lodge. On Monday, Stout was sentenced to probation and 100 hours of community service. She has also been ordered to pay a fine and restitution to the Midpenisula Regional Open Space District. Additionally, her business will be put on probation for three years. (S.G.)
