(07:15) FELTON – The community is invited to participate in an event at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park on Saturday. The Coastal Watershed Council is offering the opportunity to go behind the scenes with U.S. Geological Survey scientists along the San Lorenzo River. Attendees will see how stream flow is measured and will learn how heavy rain affects the river’s habitat. The free event will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Space is limited.
