(16:43) SALINAS- The Salinas Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating an alleged child molester. A 1 million dollar arrest warrant has been issued by the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office for 38 year old Oscar Sandoval Avelino on charges of Forcible Lewd Acts Upon a Child. There are unconfirmed reports that Avelino may have fled to Mexico. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Salinas police.
