(07:57) SALINAS – Salinas Police and U.S. Marshals have been engaged in a standoff with a man wanted for making terrorist threats. The standoff began Tuesday at a home on the 1300 block of Cherokee Drive. Officials say Austin Leon-Calomares is hiding in his parent’s home and believe he is armed. As of 7 a.m. this morning, Leon-Calomares is still inside the residence. Law enforcement officers have been in communication with the suspect. (S.G.)
