(06:02) SALINAS – Salinas police are looking for a man wanted on assault charges. The incident occurred this week at the CVS on South Main Street. Officials say the man was approached by a loss prevention officer who suspected him of shoplifting. He then attacked the officer before fleeing the scene. The man has been described as Hispanic, in his 30’s, around 6-feet tall and about 200 pounds. Anyone with information is to contact Salinas police. (S.G.)
