(18:40) SANTA CRUZ – A pair of suspects were caught on surveillance footage using a stolen credit card. They reportedly bought just over 14-hundred dollars worth of cell phones and accessories at a cell phone store on the 13-hundred block of Soquel Avenue in Santa Cruz. Anyone with any information on the pair is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
