(07:57) SANTA CRUZ – One person was cited and another was arrested Sunday during an illegal camping investigation in Santa Cruz. Deputies followed up on a number of illegal camping complaints in the Thurber Lane area. One citation was issued and 44-year-old Mitchell Bernier was apprehended in a camper on Thompson Avenue. Bernier was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
