Father-Son +2 Rescued 01/02/19A 07:24 S.S.

First  responders  rescued  4  people  off  the  coast  of  Santa  Cruz  between  New  Year’s  Eve  and  New  Year’s  Day.    2  kayakers  ran  into  trouble  in  one  scenario,  and  a  father  and  son  were  rescued  from  the  ocean  water  after  their  inflatable  boat  capsized.
