4 people died late last night in a rollover crash on southbound Highway 85, just south of Cottle Road. 6 people were in the S.U.V. when the driver lost control of the vehicle and it overturned several times. 2 of the passengers were ejected from the Dodge Durango, while the other 4 were stuck inside it. 3 men in their late 20’s were pronounced dead at the scene, and a woman was transported to an area hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. A 5th person suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and the 26 year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under The Influence. Highway 85 was closed in that area for hours as the accident was investigated and the roadway was cleared.
