The Salinas man accused of killing a 4-year-old and another man pleaded not guilty to all charges today. 31-year-old Michael Escobar was arraigned in Santa Cruz County Superior court on two counts of murder and other charges, and was ultimately denied bail. The gang related shooting that occurred on October 10th killed 33-year-old Ramon rendon and 4-year-old Jaelyn Zavala. Escobar has also been connected to several bank robberies in Santa Clara County.
