Measure R for the Cabrillo Community College District, is on track to FALL SHORT OF the required supermajority, with 51-percent of the vote AGAINST the measure. (51.58 avg; 56.57/49.71/48.48 N)
Both measures have voting districts within the tri-county area, and these preliminary results are averaged between the respective counties.
