One of the founders of the Commercial Real Estate Service Group died recently. E. P. “Pete” Anderson started the company which specialized in shopping center developments, including the Del Monte Center in Monterey, Carmel Cross Roads, and the Gilroy Outlet Center, with his brother in 1966. Anderson died in Piedmont on December 21st. He was 86 years old.
