(12:17)SALINAS- A Salinas man convicted of DUI has been sentenced to prison. 29 year old Felix Gutierrez was found guilty of driving under the influence and causing great bodily harm in connection with a crash on San Miguel Canyon Road. Gutierrez had his two children in his van when he crossed the double yellow lines and collide with two vehicles both containing children, seven people sustained injuries during the crash.. Gutierrez will have to serve at least 85 percent of his 4 year and 4 month sentence.
