A D-U-I/Driver’s License checkpoint is slated to be in place within Watsonville’s city limits tomorrow. It will start at 6 p.m. and end at 3 a.m. Saturday morning. Watsonville police officers will specifically be looking for drivers under the influence of marijuana or prescription drugs.
A national enforcement campaign also begins Friday….it’s called “Drive Sober Or Get Pulled Over” and runs through September 3rd.
