a man was arrested on suspicion of riding a bicycle while drunk and causing an injury accident in santa cruz yesterday. santa cruz police responded to reports that a bicyclist had collided with a pregnant woman on the 100 block of riverside avenue. 32 year-old aaron shaffer failed a series of sobreity tests and was found to be 4 times over the legal limit for alcohol. he was booked into santa cruz county jail.
