A disaster loan outreach center, which opened today, will be providing financial assistance for those affected by the recent storms. The office was opened by the U.S. Small Business Administration at Capitola City Hall, inside Community Room 420, and will remain open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. until May 12th. Loans of up to $200,000 will be available for home-owners to repair or replace real estate damaged or destroyed in the March storms, up to 2-million dollars will also be available for Business owners to borrow.
