1,635 firefighters continue to work to put out the Detwiler Fire, which is 98% contained. The 81, 826-acre wildfire, (which is believed to have been caused by the discharge of a firearm) destroyed 63 homes and 1 business. It began July 16th, not far from Yosemite National Park. A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person, or people, who caused this wildfire.
