The New California State Movement will announce a grievance against the government of California this morning. The grievance is being announced in 26 locations around the state. Those announcements will be made between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Locally, Grievance 86 will be made in:
San Benito County Court, in Hollister at 10:30 a.m., and in Monterey County, in the Salinas courthouse, at 240 Church Street, Salinas….and that reading starts at 11:30 a.m.
