(10:00) Watsonville – A Watsonville man that was wanted for kidnapping, rape, and child prostitution was arrested in Mexico last Friday. 21 year-old Ortiz Ruiz was flown over from San Bartolome, Coro, Michoacan, Mexico to the San Jose Airport. Ruiz was handed over to detectives and the Watsonville Police Department.
