(08:00) San Jose – A woman and child were both killed in drunk driving accident. 25 year-old Jennifer Zamora was reportedly driving under the influence when her car veered over the center median on the Capitol Expressway. The incident took place at 12:30 on Christmas morning. Zamora struck a vehicle with three passengers killing herself and a 14 year-old boy. The parents of the child were taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
